Can I buy more than 1 item from the store?

Yes you can. Shipping price will remain the same at RM 4.50 throughout Malaysia.

 

What happens when I receive a damaged item? 

You may send us a proof of damage via our support email and we would provide you with a 50% - 70% refund depending on the item.

 

How do I return my damaged item? 
We do not accept any return of items for health and safety purposes. Thus, we would provide you with a partial refund.

 

Can I negotiate the price?
We apologies. Prices are fixed.

 

How long will shipping take ?
Shipping would be affect due to the restrictions imposed in certain states in Malaysia. However, it would usually take 4-10 days after the order has been shipped.
