Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to receive a refund if you are presented with a defective item. Do keep in mind that we would check the order before we ship. Therefore, we would not be able to bare the cost of damage that occurs during the shipping period. To be fair with the customer, we would provide a partial refund as accidents that occurs during the shipping period is out of our reach.

 

If you have received a defective item, do send us the receipt and a picture as proof via our email : [email protected]. We would assist you from there.

 

Customers should also take note that we would not take responsibility for any missing items from the moment the item is shipped.
